Improvements

Substance Register:

• Get link to share now opens the QR code sharing window directly, making it easier to copy or share a link or QR code to the Substance Register.
• When a newer revision of a substance is available, the update preview now shows the current and newest revisions side by side. This makes it easier to review what has changed before updating.

Documents and Modules: Info fields can now have separate English and Norwegian content. When translations are enabled, users will automatically see the content in their selected language.

Competency Management: The Organizations administration page now provides a clearer overview of which users are responsible for each organization, making responsible-user assignments easier to review and manage.

Reports:

• Graph tooltips have been improved for Pie, Doughnut, Radar, Polar Area and Horizontal Bar graphs. Hovering over a value now shows only the information for that specific value.
• Report search has been improved to also find matching translated values in dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons and global fields.
• Report and KPI performance has been improved, particularly for larger reports and reports using Global Field filters.
• The Show numbers setting is now also applied when supported Report Analysis graphs are displayed as Dashboard widgets.

Risk Management:

• The Risk Management table layout has been improved to make better use of the available screen space and reduce horizontal scrolling. Column widths have been adjusted and larger text fields now make better use of additional space on larger screens.
• Keyword search has been improved. Search conditions are now maintained when moving between pages, and search performance has been optimized.

Bug Fixes

Diagrams: When inserting a Diagram into a document, users can now scroll through and access all available Diagrams instead of being limited to the first 10.

Reports:

• Fixed an issue where saved filters using dropdown or Combo values could stop working correctly after an option was renamed.
• Fixed an issue where some documents could be missing from Report Analysis when different revisions of the same document had different workflow statuses.
• Fixed an issue where Reports could load all documents on one page instead of using the user’s selected number of items per page. Pagination preferences are now correctly retained when reopening Reports.

Dashboard:

• Fixed an issue where searching in document widgets such as In-progress documents and Documents waiting for your approval could result in an error.
• Improved the reliability of Dashboard document lists and their status information.

Documents: Fixed an issue that could prevent inherited attachments from being removed when creating a new document revision.

Risk Management: Fixed an issue where keyword filters could be lost when moving to the next page of search results.

Competency Management: Fixed an issue that could cause an error when loading Competency users in certain configurations.

Global Fields:

• Fixed an issue where merging Global Field values while working with another company could leave that company temporarily unavailable.
• Duplicate Global Fields and their related document, module and report references have been corrected for an affected customer.
