Improvements:

• Diagrams:

  • A new Copy Diagram function has been added, making it easy to create a new diagram based on an existing one. Users can choose a new name and description for the copied diagram.
    Image handling in diagrams has also been improved to prevent very large images from causing performance or saving problems.

• Competency Management:

  • External links can now be added as certificate attachments. This allows users to open certificates stored outside Antenor BMS directly from the competency.

• Equipment:

  • When a user closes the automatic-save information message, their choice is now remembered and the message will not appear again on every equipment item
• Document:
  
  • Documents returned by external recipients now display the sender’s name and email address.

• Reports:

  • Report filters now have a clearer single-selection design. The chosen value remains visible without making the dropdown look like a multiple-selection field.
  • The Show numbers option is now supported for Pie, Doughnut and Horizontal Bar graphs, in addition to standard Bar graphs.
    
    
• Company Menus: Deleted Company Menus are now retained for possible recovery while remaining hidden from the Company Menus overview and left-side navigation.

Bug Fixes

• Documents:

  • Documents with an active external sharing link can no longer be deleted until the link expires or is removed.
  • The Sent externally value in Reports now correctly reflects whether a document currently has an active external sharing link.
  • Documents returned by external recipients now display the correct sender and email address.

• Reports:

  • Fixed an issue where published documents could be missing from graph results when a newer draft revision existed.

• Risk Management:

  • Fixed an issue where the Save button did not always become active when users changed fields quickly.
  • Fixed layout problems affecting Risk Management graphs.

• Substance Register:

  • Fixed an issue where editing the translation of one Matrix header could display or affect the translation of another header.
  • The unnecessary Items text has been removed from the Substance Register page title.

• Action Manager:

  • Fixed an issue that could prevent the recipient list from loading when creating or editing an action.
• Super/Global fields:
  • New global fields can now be created correctly from Super → Global Fields.

• Administration:

  • Fixed layout problems affecting statistics graphs in the administration area.
