Improvements:
- Action Manager:The Action Manager create and edit dialog has been redesigned using the new large modal layout introduced in other parts of Antenor BMS. The layout has been reorganized to provide a cleaner overview of action details, checklists, tagging information and workflow actions, making it easier to work with complex actions. The Plans selector has also been improved with a more intuitive search experience, clearer placeholders and a simplified workflow when assigning actions to plans.
- Substance Register: The Global Substance Register has been significantly improved. Global Safety Data Sheets now open in a dedicated details page instead of a modal, providing more space to review information and making navigation easier. Users can now browse the complete revision history of a datasheet and compare two revisions side by side to quickly identify changes over time.To make it easier to keep customer data up to date, the customer Substance Register now includes a new Global update available icon. This makes it possible to immediately see when a newer version of a global Safety Data Sheet is available, without having to open each individual substance.
- Reports: Reports have received several usability improvements.
- Sorting and column order are now stored as personal settings, allowing each user to customize reports without affecting other users.
- Report graphs have also been improved with several rendering fixes, including better support for trend graphs, improved dashboard widgets, corrected graph labels for large values and more consistent graph behaviour.
- The Read & Understood overview now includes a clearer explanatory tooltip, making it easier to understand which requests are shown in the overview and where previous revision requests can be found.
- Equipment:
- Equipment sharing has been simplified. Selecting Get link to share now opens the QR code dialog directly, making it much faster to share equipment pages with mobile devices.
- Equipment deletions are now also logged, providing better traceability and making it easier to investigate deleted equipment.
- Documents:
- Document activity logs have been improved so the Log tab always displays the activity for the latest document revision when opening an older document URL, matching the behaviour of the document itself.
- Notifications for comments and mentions have also been improved. Documents without a title now display Unnamed document instead of showing an empty or missing link in notifications and emails
- Mobile Applications:
- The Android application has also been updated to target Android 16 (API level 36), ensuring continued compatibility with the latest Google Play requirements. Also, the screenshots have been updated, reflecting the latest user interface updates.
- Super: The General Mainstays access right has also been renamed to General Company menus to better describe its purpose.
- Competency Management: The Email language setting has been improved for Competency users. Users connected to an ABMS account now automatically use their system language for Competency emails, while competency-only users can continue to manage their own email language separately with clearer guidance.
Bug Fixes
- Reports:
- Fixed an issue where line graphs did not render correctly when Trend filters were enabled. Several additional fixes have also been made to dashboard widgets, graph tooltips, graph labels and pagination to improve consistency and readability.
- Obsolete Corporate Reports pages have also been removed from the application to simplify navigation and eliminate functionality that is no longer maintained.
- Documents:
- Fixed an issue where opening an older document URL could display activity logs from the wrong document revision.
- Fixed an issue where notifications for comments or tagged users on untitled documents could display missing or invisible document links.
- Equipment: Fixed several issues related to Equipment sharing and QR code generation to improve reliability across desktop and mobile devices.
