Improvements
- Report Graphs and Dashboard Widgets:
- The report graph experience has been improved with a redesigned interface and a clearer workflow for creating, editing, filtering, and saving graphs. Chart settings are now easier to find, several configuration steps have been simplified, trend setup has been redesigned, and graph creation now requires a name before charts can be added. This makes the graph setup process more predictable and easier to understand.
- Report analysis charts can now have their own custom titles, including translated titles. These titles are shown consistently in report graphs, dashboard widgets, and Super Company Management dashboard widget settings.
- Monthly graph display has been improved. Line graphs can now be used when showing data by month, and monthly graph colors, labels, legends, and data point values have been adjusted to make the graphs easier to read.
- Saving behavior has been improved so individual chart changes can be saved more precisely, without needing to save the entire report page. Loading states, empty states, read-only behavior, and locked/private graph behavior have also been improved.
- Time filtering has been improved, including support for “Last 12 Months” and custom date ranges. Filters and compare settings have also been cleaned up so users can configure report graphs more clearly and avoid outdated or invalid settings.
- Action Reminders: Action reminder settings now support reminders before the due date. It is now possible to configure how many days before the due date reminders should begin. If this value is set to 0, the existing overdue reminder behavior remains unchanged. Once an action becomes eligible for reminders, emails continue at the configured interval until the action is completed or closed.
- Read & Understood: The invitation modal now includes an “All users” toggle. Users can switch between showing all users, users invited in the last revision, and users invited in previous revisions. Only one option can be active at a time, making it clearer how to return to the full user list.
- Diagrams:
- The diagram editor has been improved so the main fields and Save button remain easy to access while editing larger diagrams. Name, Description, Cancel, and Save are now kept in a sticky controls area above the editor, and the Save button is disabled when the diagram name is blank.
- Additional safeguards have been added to reduce the risk of saved diagrams becoming blank. Existing non-empty diagrams are protected from being overwritten by empty content, diagram content is also stored in the database, and additional version history is stored in the background to improve recovery options.
- Diagram files can now be restored more safely from database content if attachment files are missing. This improves resilience when restoring from database backups and helps protect diagram XML/SVG content even when file-based diagram content is unavailable.
- Super:
- Corporate Reports has been removed from the access rights area in Super → Users. This functionality is no longer maintained or visible elsewhere in the system, so removing it makes the access rights setup clearer and avoids confusion.
- Tooltips have been added for General access rights in Super → Users. These tooltips explain what each access right controls, including that report access may also depend on access to the related module.
- The confirmation text for “Delete all documents” in Ownership Transfer has been clarified. The message now makes it clearer that only the documents selected in Step 1, or documents marked with the trash icon, will be deleted.
- Equipment: The “Send grouped email” setting in Notification Management has been improved. The layout is clearer, the selected value is easier to understand, and the related “Group by values” field is only shown when grouped emails are enabled.
- Competency Triggers: Dropdown fields can now be cleared by selecting an empty option. A tooltip has also been added to better explain when competency notification emails are sent and how reminder emails continue until the competency is renewed or updated.
Bug Fixes
- Reports: The “Show deactivated users” toggle now works correctly for dynamic user filters. Deactivated users can be shown and selected in both main filters and personal filters when the toggle is enabled, which is useful for historical report data.
- Announcements: Fixed an issue where closed announcements could reappear for some users because of duplicate read records. When an announcement is closed, matching duplicate records are now updated so the announcement stays dismissed.
- Read & Understood: Fixed an issue where the Accept contents button could be hidden for a user who had an active request for the current document revision. Older cancelled invitations from previous revisions no longer override the current active request.
- Module/Document: Fixed an issue where newly added module rows or groups of fields could be missing from document edit mode or view mode, especially when they were added at the top of a module or between existing rows. New module rows and groups of fields are now handled more reliably in both new and existing documents, so the fields appear as expected.
- Competency: Added tools to detect and resolve duplicate competency title values that could cause duplicated options in the Title field for some customers.
- Competency & Equipment: Fixed an issue where clicking the same left menu item again did not reset the active tab when the user was already inside the module.
