Improvements

Documents: Actions can now be created and deleted from the Actions tab when revisioning is disabled, as long as the user has permission to edit at least one field in the document. Users without edit access cannot create or delete actions, and existing behavior for documents with revisioning enabled is unchanged.

Action Reminders: Action reminder settings now support reminders before the due date. It is now possible to configure how many days before the due date reminders should begin. If this value is set to 0, the existing overdue reminder behavior remains unchanged. Once an action becomes eligible for reminders, emails continue at the configured interval until the action is completed or closed.

Risk Management: The Info tab in Risk Management analysis is now cleaner. Historical changes for fields such as Risk Manager, Participants, and Date are hidden by default behind an expandable section, while the latest/current values remain visible.

Super Modules: The module list table has been improved for Super Users. Rows now highlight more clearly on hover, the layout has been simplified, and module names are shown more clearly using the translated module name where relevant. Sorting and filtering have also been improved.

Bug Fixes

Module/Document: Fixed an issue where newly added module rows or groups of fields could be missing from document edit mode or view mode, especially when they were added at the top of a module or between existing rows. Required dynamic form settings are now added correctly when module rows are created, and affected existing documents can use the correct settings from the module so the fields appear as expected.

Competency & Equipment: Fixed an issue where clicking the same left menu item again did not reset the active tab when the user was already inside the module.

Competency Triggers: Dropdown fields can now be cleared by selecting an empty option. A tooltip has also been added to explain when competency notification emails are sent, including that reminder emails continue every 14 days until the competency is renewed or updated.
