Improvements

  • Read & Understood: The user selection area in the Read & Understood window is now easier to use. The dropdown has been replaced with a scrollable list, and search, filters, and select/deselect options are now placed above the list for quicker access. The layout also makes better use of the available space and no longer shows a separate selected users overview. Filter labels have been made clearer, especially when the list includes users from earlier revisions who have not yet been invited to the current revision.

  • Read & Understood: A visual indicator has been added to the Read & Understood button when users may need to be invited again after a new document revision is published. The indicator appears when users were invited in a previous revision, but no users have been invited yet in the current revision. This makes it clearer that invitations from earlier revisions do not automatically carry over to a new revision.

  • Read & Understood: The Read & Understood window now includes a revision selector in the invited users overview. Users can switch between document revisions and see who was invited, who accepted, and who did not accept for each revision. The latest revision is clearly marked, and invitations can only be sent when the latest/current revision is selected.

  • Documents: Attachments can now be added even when revisioning is disabled. Users with permission to edit sections can upload and manage attachments directly from the Attachments tab while in view mode. The Add Attachment button and drag-and-drop upload area are now available, making attachment handling more consistent and easier to use.

  • Action Manager: Completed actions can now be added to existing plans. This can be done regardless of the action's current status, including actions that have already been completed. The change can be made by the user who completed the action or by a super user. All updates are recorded in the Log tab.

  • Action Manager: Connected actions can no longer be deleted from the main Action Manager page.
Actions linked to items or modules must now be deleted from the page they belong to, such as a document, equipment item, competency user, risk item, or substance item.
Independent actions can still be deleted from the main Action Manager page. Additional checks have also been added to make sure connected actions can only be deleted from the correct related page.

Bug Fixes

  • Documents: Invalid long-year dates are now prevented. Fixed an issue where manually entered dates with invalid long years, such as 20027, could be saved in document date fields.
  • Dashboard widgets/Report analysis: Fixed an issue in Reports/Analysis → Dashboard widgets where clicking Add new chart could break the current chart setup.
