Improvements

  • Read & Understood: Redesigned invitation modal and improved user selection
The Read & Understood modal has been completely redesigned. The modal is now larger and easier to use, with improved search, multi-select behavior, and clearer handling of selected users.
It is now easier to reselect users who were invited in previous revisions. New filtering options help users find people invited in the previous revision or across earlier revisions.
An optional message field has also been added, allowing users to include a custom message in the invitation email.
  • KPI Scorecard: Redesigned subcategories modals
Large selection modals in KPI Scorecard have been improved, especially for drilldowns, subcategories, and filters. The modals now handle long lists better with improved scrolling, larger layouts, and a more user-friendly design.
  • Substance Register: Larger Risk Analysis fields and improved layout
The Risk Analysis tab in Substance Register has been updated with larger fields and boxes, more closely matching the layout used in Risk Management. This makes the section easier to read and edit, including on smaller screens.
  • Substance Register: Improved Global Index datasheet selection when creating datasheets
When creating a new datasheet and selecting an existing datasheet from the Global Index, the process is now clearer. The selected datasheet opens in a read-only preview so users can review it before copying it into their customer database. This prevents confusion between copying an existing datasheet and editing a new one.
  • Substance Register Matrix Admin: Colors aligned with Risk Management
Matrix administration in Substance Register now uses the same standard color system as Risk Management. This creates a more consistent experience and helps avoid inconsistent color setups.

Bug Fixes

  • Documents: Edit-in-place dropdown fixed when documents contain invalid empty options
Fixed an issue where edit-in-place dropdowns could fail to open if a document contained invalid empty options. The dropdown now opens correctly and ignores invalid empty values.
  • Equipment: Improved reliability of equipment update history
Fixed an issue where equipment update history could appear inaccurate after editing equipment. Update information is now handled more reliably, making it easier to see when equipment details were last changed.
  • Action Manager: Copy Action button visible for Super Users in connected modules
Fixed an issue where the Copy Action button was not visible for Super Users in some connected modules. Super Users can now see the Copy Action button where expected across connected modules.
  • Competency: System user synchronization fixed after creation
Fixed an issue where Competency users created from existing system users were not fully synchronized after creation. Linked system users are now handled correctly, and synchronized fields such as name and email are protected from accidental editing.
  • Action Manager: Checklist active immediately after approving an action
Fixed an issue where the checklist stayed inactive after approving an assigned action. Checklist items can now be selected or deselected immediately after approval, without closing and reopening the action.
  • Report Analysis: Charts display correctly and handle empty data
Fixed an issue where charts could fail to display in Report Analysis. Charts now load correctly, including when the same chart is added multiple times. If a chart has no available data, users now see a clear message instead of a blank chart.
