Improvements

  • Action Manager: A new “Copy Action” button is now available in all action lists. You can quickly duplicate an action together with its fields, checklist, recipients, and attachments. If you copy an action inside the Action Manager module, the new action will be independent and not linked to any document, equipment item, or other record. If you copy an action from another module, it will remain linked to the original record.
  • Competency Management: When creating a user, the email field now suggests existing system users and automatically fills in their details. This helps prevent duplicate users and keeps information consistent. We have also fixed a synchronization issue. Users are now automatically synchronized between Competency Management and the ABMS system users.
  • Reports: The “Sent External” and “Save as Observation” columns are now shown only when they are supported by the module’s workflow. This avoids confusion and ensures reports only display relevant information.
  • Reports: Reports are now sorted by “Last Updated” by default, so you can easily see the most recent and relevant information first.

Bug Fixes

  • Documents: Fixed an issue where required WYSIWYG fields with translations were not validated correctly. The form now works properly when content is added in any language.
  • Documents: Fixed an issue where the “Send” button did not activate if the Title field was completed last. The button now becomes active as soon as all required fields are filled in.
  • Substance Register: Fixed an issue where downloading attachments could fail with a “no permission” error in certain customer contexts. Downloads now work reliably in all views.
  • Substance Register: Fixed an issue where uploading a file with the same name could overwrite an existing attachment. Files are now saved safely without replacing previous uploads.
  • Substance Register: Fixed an issue where updating a datasheet could fail after saving. In some cases, the update was completed but an internal error caused the page to break. Datasheets can now be updated without errors.
  • Substance Register: Fixed an issue when importing datasheets from the Global Index. The import was successful, but an error message was shown instead of redirecting to the datasheet page. Users are now correctly redirected after import.
  • Reports: Fixed an issue where connected dropdown values were shown as numeric IDs instead of clear labels in tables, exports, and graphs.
  • Equipment: The Responsible user is now correctly displayed when opening equipment from a link, even when viewing it from a different customer context. This applies to users who have access to multiple customers.
