Improvements
- Substance Register: We have updated the window for creating and viewing datasheets in the Global Index to match the new design, making it easier and more consistent to use.
- Substance Register: A new “view only” mode has been added for Substances and Datasheets to help prevent accidental changes.
- Dashboard: We’ve added new filter options to the Usage Statistics graph. You can now view data for the “Last 12 months,” “Last year,” or select your own custom date range to see exactly the information you need.
- Dashboard: The floating “+” icon is now visible on desktop as well, making it easier to create new documents directly from your computer.
- iOS App: The Microsoft/Office 365 login process has been improved. You can now log in directly within the app, without being redirected to a browser. A new app version is available—please update it from the App Store.
- Super/Ownership transfer: When transferring data, users no longer automatically receive access rights. This prevents accidental over-permissions. We’ve added clear instructions explaining that access rights must be manually assigned to new users. In addition, if someone tries to open items (like documents or equipment) without permission, a warning will appear with a list of super users they can contact for access.
- Action Manager: In the checklist field, the “Add subnode” button has been replaced with two clearer buttons: “Indent Left” and “Indent Right,” similar to Microsoft Word. Keyboard shortcuts (Tab and Shift+Tab) still work as before.
- Risk Management: We’ve added “Created” and “Last Updated” dates to the Risk Items page. You can now search and sort by these dates, and they are also included in Excel exports.
- Document: Radio fields with long text values sometimes appeared cut off. We’ve added a tooltip that shows the full text when it’s too long to display.
Bug Fixes
- Risk Management: Fixed an issue where an extra scroll bar appeared when adding more than 10 items in edit mode on the Risk Items page.
- External Documents: Fixed a rare issue where a “no translation” message appeared for some field names.
- Substance Register: Fixed an issue where the Attachment field incorrectly showed as incomplete when selecting an existing datasheet. This has now been resolved.
- Substance Register: Fixed an issue where users with read-only access were incorrectly shown a message about newer datasheet versions. This message now only appears for users with permission to create or edit.
- Substance Register: Added missing translations for some text elements.
- Substance Register: Fixed an issue where items in the “Area of Use & Analysis” tab, as well as Actions, could disappear after updating a substance to the latest version. No customers were affected.
- Substance Register: Matrices named “default” can now be edited; they were previously locked.
- Substance Register: Fixed a display issue with revisions not showing correctly.
- Substance Register: The matrix size is now locked to prevent accidental changes that could affect existing data.
- Action Manager: Fixed an issue where using “Indent Left” could sometimes move a checklist item to the wrong position.
- Action Manager: Fixed a problem where button labels were missing after refreshing the browser in the Admin tab of Action Manager.
