Improvements

• Substance Register: Datasheet tab has been fully redesigned with a clearer, easier-to-read layout:
  • Updated design for better readability
  • Added a Revisions toggle, so you can easily switch between versions
  •  Added Print to PDF functionality
  • Improved the modal shown when a new version is detected. You can now preview what has changed and decide whether to use the latest version or keep the current one
• Substance Register: Risk Analysis tab has been completely rebuilt. Search, filters, and sorting now work consistently, making it easier to find and organise substances:
  • You can switch to edit mode, similar to Risk Management, where everything can be edited directly in the table, including dropdowns
  • You can add 1, 10, or 50 rows at a time
  • Columns can be expanded or collapsed, just like in Risk Management. These preferences are saved automatically for each user
  • Filtering has been completely rebuilt for better usability
  • Added Export to Excel, including both the Datasheet tab and Risk Analysis
  • Fully mobile friendly
• Substance Register: A new Revisions view lets you easily compare earlier versions of a substance, see what has changed, and find out who made the updates. The Revisions view makes it easy to compare versions and clearly see the differences
• Substance Register: The matrix section has been improved for easier setup and editing. You can quickly create new matrices, choose a default one, and adjust columns as needed. The refreshed design makes it simpler to manage and view information.
• Substance Register - Admin: Super Admins can now manage R, S, P, H, and YL statements directly in the Admin area. These can be added, edited, or removed without needing technical changes, making updates faster and easier.

Bug Fixes

• Documents: Fixed an issue where clicking Edit sometimes opened an older version of a document. The editor will now always open the latest version you see on screen.
• KPI/Scorecard: Resolved a problem that prevented some KPI setups from loading properly. Scorecards now display correctly, even when multiple statuses are selected.
• KPI/Scorecard: Fixed an issue where some KPI pages could appear blank if certain data was missing. All KPI pages now load fully, even when some values are not available.
