Improvements:
- Substance Register: The Global Index tab now offers improved speed and usability, featuring a refreshed, cleaner design and full mobile compatibility. Copying datasheets is more seamless than ever, while refined layout, spacing, and tooltips deliver a smoother and more intuitive user experience.
- Substance Register: The Index page now loads much faster, so you can find what you need without waiting.
- Action Manager: When creating a new action, the system no longer adds a checklist automatically. Also, the “New” label in new checklists has been replaced with a blank space so you can start typing right away without needing to delete anything first.
- Reports/Analysis/Dashboard: We’ve made some reports and dashboard widgets run faster, especially when using filters or analyzing data by 'Status' column.
Bug Fixes:
- Module/Triggers: We fixed a problem that affected only global fields. These triggers didn’t work correctly when checking if a field value was “not equal to” something, which caused some rules to be ignored. Now, global field triggers check conditions properly, and your rules will run as expected.
- Risk management: When creating a new Risk Analysis, some users saw incorrect values in the matrix. This issue has been fixed, and the correct values now appear right away.
- Dashboard: We improved how data loads behind the scenes. Some widgets that occasionally failed to appear now load correctly every time, regardless of internet speed.
- Substance Register: Some users saw a blank index page because of a background issue. This has been fixed, and the page now loads correctly.
- Substance Register: Exporting to Excel wasn’t working for users who hadn’t made personal changes to the index (like sorting or filtering). This has been fixed, and exports now work for everyone.
- Substance Register: In some cases, the Global Index was blank because of data from a customer who no longer uses the system. This issue has been resolved.
- Document: Previously, in case of server errors when making changes into documents, the system didn’t show any warning in some rare cases. Now, clear messages appear to let you know if anything went wrong.
