Improvements:

  • Substance Register: We’ve made the Substance Register faster, easier to use, and more consistent with other parts of the system. The main page has a new, clearer design. You can now expand rows to see more details, and the search covers everything you can see on the screen, even inside expanded rows. Filters and sorting work more smoothly and support new options such as symbols, status, and extra fields. You can choose which fields to show or hide, including new ones like P, H, R, Yl, and Status. The page also works much better on mobile devices. You can now rearrange columns by dragging them, and share your current view (including filters and selected columns) with a link. When exporting to Excel, all visible fields are included. We also refined the workflows for creating or copying datasheets and improved the overall layout, spacing, and tooltips for a cleaner experience.
  • Dashboard: We made several improvements to enhance usability and visual consistency. You can now click anywhere on a row to open a document, long text is automatically shortened for better readability, and the usage statistics graph now adapts smoothly to all screen sizes. We also resolved sorting issues and addressed several other minor bugs to improve overall performance.
  • Dashboard: When expanding boxes (such as In Progress, Waiting for Approval, etc.), the system now loads 30 items each time you scroll. This improvement makes it easier to browse and navigate through the list.
  • Dashboard: We improved how the system handles data behind the scenes, which helps it run faster and makes it easier for us to maintain. These changes are not visible to users.
  • Action Manager: The “Responsible” field now works more like a simple dropdown list while still keeping the search option.
  • Document: We updated access rights when editing fields directly with revisioning turned off. Now, only users from the correct access groups can edit fields in their assigned sections. Super users can still edit all fields across all sections.

 

Bug Fixes:

  • Dashboard: The usage statistics graph was missing published external documents. This has been fixed.
  • Dashboard: The “Sent for approval” box was only showing internal documents. It now correctly includes external documents as well.
  • Super/Module: The “Ams-risk” field was losing the sorting direction when expanded in the admin settings. This issue is now fixed.
  • Reports/Analysis: The “Create new” button was showing for users without permission. It now only appears for users who have the right to create reports or for super users.
  • Document: Checkbox fields were showing inactive options when displayed as multi-select dropdowns. This has been corrected.
  • Document: In rare cases, radio buttons were not showing correctly when editing documents before refreshing the page. We applied a fix to prevent this from happening.
  • Document: When editing fields directly (with revisioning turned off), the “Latest updated date” under the information icon was not showing correctly. It now displays properly.
  • Reports: Clicking on the top or bottom edges of rows didn’t always open documents. This has been fixed.
  • Equipment: Some older equipment items couldn’t be copied due to a rare internal error. This issue has been resolved.
