Release 8.0.3

Improvements:
- Document: The "Read and Understood" functionality for new document revisions has been updated. Previously, when a new revision was published, all users invited to "Read and Understood" would automatically receive an email. We have stopped sending these emails automatically. After publishing, you can open the "Read and Understood" modal, where you can see users invited in the previous revision and easily select multiple or all users to invite them again.
- API: Our API documentation is now available at: https://api.antenor.no
- Equipment Management: The comments field in the Equipment item page under the Maintenance Records table can now be resized and expanded to facilitate easier typing and viewing of content.
- Document: In the attachments tab, when attempting to download an attachment, a misleading warning previously indicated that you would leave the page. This warning has been removed, allowing you to download files without interruption.
- Document: After the recent redesign of the checkbox field, when de-selecting a value, the checkbox remained slightly gray until the user clicked outside the field. This has been corrected, and it now returns to the default white.
- Action Manager: Antenor users who are also consultants are now visible in the Responsible user list field, regardless of their connection to another customer, as long as they are part of the Action Manager access group.
Bug fixes:
- Action Manager: The Responsible dropdown was empty for new customers who never had any actions created. This issue was introduced recently but was quickly fixed, so no one was affected.
- Action Manager: Filters by status, global fields, and active filters based on user preferences were broken after reorganizing the tabs. This has been fixed.
- Action Manager: The due date could not be updated in mobile mode. This is now fixed.
- Action Manager: The log for the checklist field was not displaying the "From value" correctly the first time. This issue is fixed.
- Action Manager: When attempting to forward an action, deactivated users were included in the user dropdown. This was a recent issue after adding the filter for deactivated users, but it was quickly fixed.
- Reports: Opening external links containing the "&" character added through AMS-upload failed when accessed directly from reports. This is now fixed.
- Reports/Analysis: When comparing against another field, if an "Empty" value was deselected, clicking the bars showed 0 documents instead of the correct list. This is fixed now.
- Reports/Analysis: In some cases, the AMS-risk-radio field displayed the "NA" value twice due to handling of the "Empty" value, which is called "NA" in other fields. We now display "Empty" and "NA" separately, as "NA" is a valid field value for the risk field.
- Reports: Sorting by the AMS-upload field in reports was not working correctly when internal documents and/or external links were added. This has been fixed so that documents with attachments are always listed first.
- Document/External: Document tabs were not displaying in external documents sent out in section 2 or higher. This issue occurred after changes to the Action Manager tab but was quickly fixed, so no one was affected.
- Document: The typeahead (combo) field, when required, could pass validation if a value was selected and then deleted using backspace. This allowed self-approval or sending the document without a value. This issue is now fixed.
- Document: Adding new values to the typeahead (combo) field directly from a document stopped working after the redesign of the top section. This is now fixed.
- Global fields: Global field values could be updated from the Admin tab of special modules (Equipment Management, Action Manager, Risk Management, Competency Management) without being a super user. This was incorrect, so we have removed this capability. Only fields related to the modules can be edited/updated now.
- Super/Admin Module: The user-list field displayed a "no translation error" for access groups after releasing translatable names for access groups. This was fixed and released as a hotfix.
- Equipment Management: Users with read access could fill in Maintenance Records but couldn't close them. This was incorrect, so now only users with edit access can fill in data.
- Competency Management: On the competency user page, the Competencies table switched to mobile mode when the window size was reduced but didn't revert to desktop mode when expanded. This is fixed, and mobile mode now starts at lower screen resolutions.
- Super/Admin/Table field: Deleting attachments in the table field in super module configuration was not working properly. This is fixed, and you can now deselect default values for the radio field inside the table field. Deleting radio field values in the table field was also problematic and is now fixed.
- Admin: We fixed an issue related to translatable access groups created when a new customer is created.
- Daily backups: We made changes to upload timing to better handle all 24 hours.
