Improvements:

• Documents: We have redesigned the top section of documents, including the document tabs, action buttons, and new panels that display messages when a document is rejected, sent for approval, etc. The layout is now fully responsive to ensure a seamless experience on all devices. Additionally, the Sections tab has been split into sub-tabs, now displayed as a progress bar with arrows to clearly indicate the document’s progress/status.
• Document: The Actions tab now includes a badge counter showing both the total and completed actions.
• Substance Register / Actions: The Action Manager module has been integrated into the Substance Register. A new tab called Actions is now available for each substance item, allowing you to create as many actions as needed, just like in other modules.
• Substance Register: Reorganized dropdowns and matrix tabs into unified Admin tab
• Actions: It is now possible to search by Action ID.
• Risk management: An arrow has been added to the Export button in the Risk Management module to indicate that it’s a dropdown. An unnecessary tooltip was also removed.
• Company menu: In edit mode, we’ve replaced the folder icon with a link button to better reflect its function.
• Company menu: Removed an unnecessary Back button which duplicated the functionality of the browser’s back button.
• Super: On the Ownership Transfer page, we’ve darkened the color of placeholder text after multiple users reported poor visibility due to monitor contrast settings.
• Competency: The X icon for removing competencies has been replaced with a trash can icon on the competency user page, for consistency and clearer meaning.
• Emails: Adjusted the logo size for several triggered email templates to display correctly in Microsoft Outlook Classic.
• Admin / Statistics: Improved the Statistics page to provide a clearer overview of super users across all customers.
• Admin: We’ve added auto-save functionality for announcements, helping to prevent accidental data loss.

Bug fixes:

• Actions: Fixed a bug that caused an empty index page if no actions had yet been created from standard modules.
• Substance Register: Renamed the 360F value to H360F (existing entries are automatically updated), and added missing values: P309, H313, H316, and H401.
• Competency: Previously, updating a user with an already-used email address did not show any warning. Now, an alert will appear if the entered email address is already in use.
• Emails: Corrected how middle names are formatted. Previously, they appeared entirely in lowercase; now, the first letter of each name is capitalized.
• Reports: The Personal filter for the “Responsible” field incorrectly showed a free-text input. This has been removed, and the multi-select dropdown design has also been improved.
• Reports: Fixed an issue where PDF export stopped working after recent performance enhancements. The problem has been resolved promptly.
• Company menu: Fixed a sorting issue that caused some company menus to disappear from the left-hand navigation. This was identified and addressed immediately.
