Improvements:

• Competency:  We have integrated the Action Manager module into Competency Management, so you can now create actions directly from the Competency user page, linking them to the respective item. These actions will also appear in the Action Manager index page.
• Super: We have redesigned the company menu management index page, making it more consistent with other system pages. Additionally, we have moved the “Duplicate” function to the index page for easier access.
• Emails: The content of our emails is now centered within a frame, making them clearer, more readable, and aligned with modern system designs.
• Reports: In our last release, we improved Excel and PDF exports for reports by sending reports with more than 500 documents via email, significantly improving export speed. This time, we have implemented a new background process that checks if an export request for a report has already been initiated. This ensures that a user cannot request a new export of the same report until the previous request is completed.

Bug fixes:

• Action Manager: The Responsible field dropdown will now automatically close after selecting a user.
• Company menu: Previously, the name of a report could sometimes appear as untranslated or display internal characters when attempting to link it to a Company Menu. This occurred immediately after creating or renaming a report. This issue has now been fixed.
