Improvements:
- Equipment/Actions: We have integrated the Action Manager module into Equipment Management, so you can now create actions directly from the Equipment Item page, linking them to the respective item. These actions will also appear in the Action Manager index page.
- Emails: We have improved our email templates for Outlook Classic (the older version of Outlook for Windows PCs). The logo now displays at the correct size, and the styling has been refined for a better appearance.
- Super: Customers can now upload their own logos. A Super User can access this option under Super → Customer System Settings. The uploaded logo will be automatically resized to the optimal resolution.
- Substance Register: The color scheme and header sizes in the Substance Register tables have been updated to align with other modules such as Action Manager.
- Competency Management: We have updated the color scheme and header sizes for tables in Competency Management to ensure consistency with other modules like Action Manager.
- Equipment Management: The color scheme and header sizes for tables in Equipment Management have been updated to match the design of other modules, such as Action Manager.
- Internal document linking: The “internal document linking” function has been improved across various sections, including Action Manager attachments, document attachments, table fields, competency management attachments, wysiwyg and risk management. Now, module names are displayed in the user’s preferred language, and the module list is sorted alphabetically.
- Super: We have added the ability to duplicate a Company menu, making it easier to configure a new menu without having to create it from scratch.
- Document: When archiving a document, a mandatory field was previously not highlighted, which could cause confusion. This field is now highlighted in red, and the “Archive” button remains disabled until all required fields are completed.
- Super: We continue to improve our logging system. We now track who creates, renames, or deletes an access group. While this information is not visible in the user interface, it can be provided upon request.
Bug fixes:
- Emails: Fixed an issue where document names were missing, causing email buttons to appear blank. A default text has been added to prevent this.
- Reports/Analysis: Fixed a bug affecting graph filters for the “Last Quarter” selection. Previously, results were incorrect when transitioning between years (e.g., from Q4 2024 to Q1 2025).
- Reports: Fixed a bug where the main filters for Status displayed incorrect results and untranslated status values.
- Document/Table/Actions: Previously, actions in table fields always opened in view mode when the document was in view mode. Now, actions will open in edit mode if the user is the current editor.
- Reports/Analysis: Fixed an issue where “pie” charts did not allow users to select/deselect items in the legend.
- Document/External: Resolved an issue where printing external documents to PDF failed if images were attached in an upload field.
- Substance Register: After a recent color scheme update for Risk Management, table headers in the Substance Register were visually affected. This issue was promptly fixed and released as soon as possible.
- Equipment: The translation of the “Records” column in the Maintenance Records table has been updated. It is now labeled as “Documentation.”
- Super: We have removed the ability to assign access rights for different modules to the Action Manager access group. This is a predefined group used exclusively for the Action Manager module. Customers who previously had access rights assigned to this group were notified in advance to take appropriate action.
