Improvements:
- Wysiwyg: We have translated the rich WYSIWYG field (rich text editor). All menus and toolbars are now also translated into Norwegian in all places where the WYSIWYG field is used.
- Report: We added a new setting under the Admin tab that allows you to choose which columns to display in mobile mode. By default, we currently show Title and Status. With this update, you now have the option to display the first two columns from the Desktop mode also in Mobile mode. This setting can be enabled in Report → Admin → General.
- Risk Management: We have updated the color scheme and header sizes for tables in Risk Management to align with other modules, such as Action Manager.
- External Document / Emails: We have redesigned the email notification received by internal users when a document/form is returned from external sources.
- Reports: We have improved the layout of reports. Field values are now left-aligned for consistency across all modules and numeric fields are now right-aligned, following the same convention as Microsoft Excel.
- External Document: In the Send to External modal, three fields (Email, Subject, and Message) are mandatory. To improve clarity, these fields are now highlighted in red to make them more noticeable.
- External document: The confirmation modal when clicking the top “Send” button has been removed, allowing users to return documents without an extra step.
- Mobile: We removed the dropdown from the navigation bar and placed the notification bell and language switcher flag directly on the main interface for a more user-friendly and seamless experience. This makes accessing these functions faster and more intuitive.
- Admin/Super/Module: We have added informative tooltips for the Expand, Move, and Delete buttons to enhance user understanding.
Bug fixes:
- Report: Fixed an issue where date filters could cause errors if a “From” or “To” date was previously set and then cleared. Now, filters work correctly even when only one date is provided
- Dashboard: Sorting by Document ID in the “Your In-Progress Documents” box was not functioning correctly and occasionally displayed duplicate items. This issue has now been fixed.
- Trigger: In some cases, triggers were not working correctly with translatable values in dropdowns. We have fixed this issue. This was a very specific bug affecting only one customer.
- User: When trying to change a user’s email address to one that was already in use, no error message was displayed. An appropriate error message is now shown.
- Report: In rare cases, table fields, WYSIWYG fields, or expandable section fields were incorrectly appearing in the Field Selection for reports. We have fixed this issue, as these fields should not be listed there.
