Improvements:
- Document: We have added the possibility to use Actions (Action Manager) in table fields. You can now add a column called “Actions” to a table and create multiple actions corresponding to each table row.
- Document/External: You can now customize the subject line of emails sent from the Antenor BMS system when sending documents to external users.
- Emails: Our email templates for standard document actions have been completely redesigned. These include sending documents to internal users, rejecting documents, forwarding sections, rejecting forwarded sections, and publishing documents. The updated design aligns with Action Manager emails, offering a consistent, intuitive, and mobile-friendly experience.
- Graphs: Graph visualizations have been improved by removing random colors, creating a more unified and readable overview in module analyses.
- Graphs: Graphs in all modules now dynamically adjust the Y-axis when values are selected or deselected, ensuring it accurately reflects the data without displaying unnecessarily high maximum values. This improvement was initially introduced in the Competency module and is now applied system-wide.
- Reports: The “Add filter” button has been renamed to “Save filter” to provide greater clarity and prevent confusion about its purpose.
- Access Rights: Access rights now include detailed logging, enabling us to track and respond to customer inquiries regarding who assigned specific rights. While this functionality currently lacks a user interface, our support team can assist with any requests.
- Log in: We’ve significantly enhanced the Office 365 login process, eliminating the need for manual intervention on our side. The system now supports faster, smoother authentication and improved logging capabilities.
Bug fixes:
- Reports: Missing translations in the filter tab have been corrected, ensuring all elements are properly localized.
- Super: Fixed an issue where creating multiple users at once triggered an unnecessary email to our support team.
- Action Manager: Resolved a rare issue where actions became unresponsive if a global field value was selected but later deactivated.
- Global fields: Addressed a bug that caused errors during the migration of dropdowns into global fields, ensuring smoother transitions.
- Risk Management: Fixed an issue with Excel exports where Norwegian special characters in the Report wysiwyg field rendered incorrectly, replacing them with proper characters.
- Document: We have fixed a bug caused by the new alphabetical sorting functionality in dropdowns and checkboxes, which could result in incorrect selections when entering edit mode for a document.
- Admin: Enhanced the onboarding process by redesigning the New Customer page and implementing several additional design updates for improved usability.
- Competency: Fixed a bug in the "Total Employees by Competencies" graph, which was not displaying the correct number of employees with a given competency. The issue occurred because it was counting all employees with that competency, instead of only those with a competency level greater than 0.
