Improvements:

  • Reports: The main filters have been completely redesigned and moved under the settings tab for easier navigation and use. You’ll notice a cleaner look and more intuitive flow.
  • Reports: Additional design improvements have been made to the settings tab for a more consistent experience.
  • Document: For modules with multiple sections, the “Send” button has been removed from the last step. Now, only the “Self Approve” button will appear. If you don’t have the necessary rights to self-approve, the “Send” button will still be shown as before.
  • Interface: We’ve improved how expandable sections work throughout the system, making them easier to use in documents, admin tabs, reports, and other modules.
  • KPI/Scorecard: The font colors have been adjusted to make the data easier to read and to maintain consistency across the system.
  • Super: The ownership transfer page now uses clearer font colors to improve readability and keep the design consistent with the rest of the system.
  • External document: The confirmation modal has been removed, allowing users to click the “Return” button without the need for an extra step.
  • Competency/Admin: We’ve added tooltips under the “Access Rights - Responsible Users” section in the Competency Admin tab to help users better understand which users are on the lists.
  • Admin/Module: Radio fields can now be converted into global fields for more flexibility.

Bug fixes:

  • Document: A bug where unsaved field values appeared to be saved when revisioning was off has been fixed. This issue only occurred in certain cases when values were edited immediately after publishing but worked fine when accessed later through reports.
  • Document: Fixed an issue with WYSIWYG fields where turning off translations after document creation caused problems. Now, if only one language was filled in, that value will display regardless of the selected language.
  • Document: The “Table” field’s validation was not working correctly when set as “required.” This has been fixed and improved.
  • Action Manager: After accepting an action, the responsible user was unable to update checklist items, with new data not appearing. This issue has been resolved.
  • Action Manager: Ownership transfers for actions in the “Rejected” status were not functioning correctly, always sending the action back to the creator. This has been fixed, allowing a new responsible user to be selected.
  • Global Fields: Fixed issues that interrupted the conversion process from dropdowns to global fields.
  • External document: Fixed a bug where a dropdown list wouldn’t open due to an empty value.
